Where We Ship
 

We currently offer delivery to all pin codes within India. Please note that, at this time, we do not offer international shipping.

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after confirming your order. Once your order is processed, we will send you a confirmation email with all the details.

Expected Delivery Time
 

Our standard delivery typically takes between 3-8 business days, depending on your location, to make sure your items reach you as quickly as possible.

In Case of Failed Delivery Attempts
 

If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable, or refusal to accept the order, our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to two more times. If all attempts fail, the product will be returned to our warehouse. You can request re-delivery, which may include additional shipping charges.

Handling Damaged or Lost Shipments
 

If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your package, along with photos of the damage. If your package is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue and will either send a replacement or offer a refund, depending on the outcome.
